Dar Al Riyadh, the engineering consultancy firm which has been involved with scores of big-ticket projects across the Kingdom, has begun a recruitment drive.
The company, which is currently working on several projects including the new King Abdullah Financial District, has said that it is planning to hire around 2,000 engineers, architects and project managers over the next 12 months in a bid to service new projects. It currently employs over 3,000 people.
The company's chief executive officer, Prince Turki A. Abdulrahman Al Saud, said: “We have many exciting and strategic developments across the Kingdom. We are offering thousands of interesting positions for experienced engineers, architects and other professionals. Working with Dar Al Riyadh is a unique opportunity to be involved in unique projects in one of the world’s fastest growing countries.”
Dar Al Riyadh pointed to the pipeline of $626bn worth of construction projects in the Kingdom. This includes a plan to build 50,000 new affordable homes, and the company is currently advising Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Housing on certain projects.

The company has partnered with recruitment technology firm Cazar to launch its recruitment drive through a dedicated website.
