Airolink breaks ground on $217.8m Motor City Views developed by Union Properties.

Dubai-based contracting company Airolink has commenced construction work on $217.8m (AED800m) Motor City Views being developed by Dubai Financial Market-listed Union Properties.

Union Properties appointed Airolink as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) for the project ground on which was broken this week. Motor City Views is the first launch of the proposed phased developments in Motor City, which are collectively valued at $599m (AED2.2bn).

Positioned in the heart of Motor City and overlooking its famous racetrack, the Motor City Project has a built-up area of over 92,903.04m2. Upon completion, the project will be home to 880 residences comprising 313 studios, 427 one-bedroom apartments, 133 two-bedroom apartments, and seven three-room apartments.

The apartments are divided into three buildings with seven floors and are serviced by recreational areas designated for residents, such as air-conditioned sports halls, covered children’s playgrounds, and swimming pools of different sizes for all age groups.

Additionally, the buildings include a retail area with diverse shops, restaurants, and various recreational activities to meet the residential community’s needs.
