Cityscape Kuwait, the premier real estate investment and development event in the State of Kuwait, will be taking place for the second time from December 9th-11th, 2015 at the Kuwait International Fairgrounds in Meshref.
The Cityscape brand is renowned throughout the world for bringing together investors, developers, architects and designers, as well as government authorities, key decision-makers and senior real estate executives involved in the design and construction of both public and private real estate developments.
Two events will be running alongside the exhibition. The Business Forum, taking place December 9th and 10th, will provide an unparalleled platform for business visitors to network and access exclusive industry content. The Investment Series Workshop, taking place from December 9th to 11th, will offer valuable information to private investors and other individuals looking for new opportunities to diversify their personal assets.
Following the success of its first edition of in 2014, Cityscape Kuwait is returning for the second time with new features developed to help investors maximize their real estate investment returns. With 70 local and international exhibitors expected to participate, this year’s edition is the biggest yet.
Industry leading developers such as Murabahat Real Estate, DAMAC Properties, Al Mazaya and Sharjah Oasis Real Estate will be showcasing their latest portfolio of projects to regional and international investors at the event.Murabahat will showcase and announce the opening of its latest project: Aquamarine Resort. The resort, located in Nuwaiseeb, will be the first licensed resort in the Sokouk system, offering an array of entertainment and social activities.
