A 267,000m2 site has been selected on the outskirts of Shenzhen by the Shenzhen Municipality and the Shenzhen Energy Group, the client behind the project.
The city is looking for a “strong architectural vision” that “will give the city and the local residents an inviting public complex while also providing a platform for public education,” said Schmidt Hammer Lassen in a press release.
